Statistical modelling of 3D facial surfaces
Salary: 31,513 - 35,469 pounds (Level 7) per annum.
(25,623 - 28,839 pounds for Level 6)
This is an exciting opportunity to pursue research in the statistical
modelling of three-dimensional facial surface data, in the context of
a collaborative project involving researchers from the University of
Glasgow (Statistics [Lead], Dental School, Computing Science), Dublin
City University (CIPA), Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland
(Neuroscience), University of Limerick (Statistics) and Institute of
Technology, Tralee (Mathematics). The post has funding for 3 years
from the Wellcome Trust and will be based in the Department of
Statistics in Glasgow. Applicants should have, or be close to
attaining, a PhD in Statistics.
