Hi Mark,
You can look at the file called mean_f2samples.
This gives you an estimate of the mean of the second fibre's volume
fraction. You will notice that a portion of the voxels, especially in
CSF and grey matter have an extremely small value for this parameter
(because of the A.R.D. prior, see Behrens 2007).
You can threshold this map to, say, 0.05 to get an idea of where the
model favours two anisotropic compartments.
