It is not an accepted land-use anymore, one must instead revise the
land-use.

Quick question, why is residential no plant not detailed in the latest
document?
I find it tends to be a lot more useful than allotments at showing the
relative effects of site plants and/or organic effects.
Just curious as I have a lot of work ahead of me plugging all these
figures in to produce those myself now...
