Hello,
The latest Analysis has the ability to submit data to the iCing server
(the validation software from Nijmegen). It's accessible in Analysis
under Structure --> CING: Validate Structures dialog. That warning
message below means that one library that is required (urllib2) is not
importing successfully on your computer. In our experience it is usually
down to the ssl libraries being different on your computer from that on
which Analysis was compiled. Unfortunately Python itself hides the real
reason with that opaque message about _md5, so you'd actually have to go
into the Python code to find out the real reason. Anyway, it doesn't
matter as far as the ordinary use of Anaysis is concernced.
