I should have specified that the log in in first email was from
gridftp-session.log.
Now the only other incidence I can find is in

But there shouldn't *be* an entry for a user in
/etc/grid-security/grid-mapfile on a wms as far as I can work out, so
this seems fine.
Am I looking at the wrong files ? I am not a WMS expert.
