Hi all,
Wasn't sure if this was appropriate for the blog! As discussed at the meeting,
here's information on the DACS presentation at the V&A on 2 July. I suspect
that the LACA meeting may have confused two issues and the DACS licencing
model does not deal expressly with 'orphan works'. Hope someone can attend
this and report, sadly it won't be me!
