Hi Aaron,
If I am not mistaken all the steps are explained in here.

Hope this helps!

Subject: [SPM] VBM using DARTEL: isotropic voxel requirement
To all SPM users:
In an earlier post this week, I indicated that I was in search of a
tutorial
on how to use DARTEL or other tools in SPM8 to perform VBM on MPRAGE (T1
weighted) MRI structural images. The SPM manual states (on pg. 182)
that
DARTEL is only to use on isotropic voxels. My images do not have
isotropic
voxels (the volex dimensions are .938mmx.938mm*1mm). Therefore, can
someone
please point to where I may find a tutorial on how to perform VBM in
SPM8
since I can not use DARTEL. It would be really helpful if this tutorial
included all of the preprocessing registrations and segmentation steps
as
well as examples on how to perform the statistical analyses.
Thank you kindly for your assistance in this matter.
