Dear SPM experts
We used the nonstationary smoothness correction implemented in the VBM5
toolbox and would like to project the corrected cluster sizes. In the past,
the correction was only possible for the list of clusters, but not for the
projection of the clusters itself due to technical problems in its
implementation.
Therefore, the number of voxels in the clusters listed deviates from the
spots projected onto the glass brain.
Is there a tool that is able to do this projection or is there any
work-around for that problem?
Thanks in advance
Regards
Jürgen
