Hi Mike,
It looks like your template segments are not where SPM expects them to be. It's looking for them in /Applications/spm8/tpm/. I am guessing yours are in /Applications/MATLAB74/spm8/tpm/. Someone more enlightened than myself might be able to tell you why SPM is looking in the wrong place.
