Hello,
I'm using spm5 to transform anatomical and functional data into
mni/colin space via using the Normalise methods Estimate and Write. So
far this worked pretty well. But if I run the same script now, I get
following mistake as output during the writing method:
??? Error using ==> finite
FINITE is obsolete. Use ISFINITE instead.
Error in ==> se_defs>get_sn2def at 77
if any(~finite(vox)), vox = vox0; end;
Error in ==> se_defs>get_job at 59
[Def,mat] = get_sn2def(job.(fn));
Error in ==> se_defs>get_comp at 25
[Def,mat] = get_job(job{1});
Error in ==> se_defs>get_job at 55
[Def,mat] = get_comp(job.(fn));
Error in ==> se_defs>get_comp at 25
[Def,mat] = get_job(job{1});
Error in ==> se_defs at 13
[Def,mat] = get_comp(job.comp);
Error in ==> TransformAnatomyToColin at 110
se_defs(jobs{1}.util{1}.defs)
Although I haven't changed anything in the job-description.
The only thing I have changed recently is to install a 64bit
C-Compiler (VisualStudio) an doing the mex-Setup. This was necessary,
as I switched to Vista and am using Matlab 64x now. My tranformation
script was running at first under Vista and the 64x Matlab, but since
I installed the Compiler it's not working any longer.
Does anybody of you have an idea how to solve this problem and whats
the reason for it.
Thanks
Cheers Corinna
