Dear all,
I have estimated at the subjects level an event related GLM using HRF
convoluted regressor + their parametric counterpart using a parametric
modulation.
My aim was simply to better model the BOLD response in regions that
undergo an adaptation effect through time, using a decreasing linear
parametric modulation vector.
I would like to know whether I can be considered as valid to import, at
the group level analysis (ANOVA within subjects), T contrasts that
corresponds to a linear combination of the (HRF regressor + its
parametric modulator) instead of using simple T (HRF regressor) as
usual. I need to precise that I am not interested in the response
adaptation per se but by the fact that the region shows up whether or
not it undergoes this modulation.
Thanks for your comments,
Best wishes,
Swann
