Dear Vokmar Glauche,
this is the error message I get trying to run vbm5 in SPM8 (or is this
not suppose to work anyways?):
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Running job #3
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Running 'VBM: Estimate + Write'
Options:
Gaussians: 2 2 2 4
Warp cutoff: 25
Warp regularisation: 1
Bias regularisation: 0.0001
Bias FWHM: 70
Clean up: 1
Iterative HMRF: 0.1
Write affine only: 0
Use tissue priors: 1
Failed 'VBM: Estimate + Write'
Cell contents reference from a non-cell array object.
In file "/usr/local/matlab/toolbox/spm8/toolbox/vbm5/cg_config_vbm.m"
(v424), function "execute_estwrite" at line 721.
The following modules did not run:
Failed: VBM: Estimate + Write
Please find attached the corresponding .mat-file. As I said, for me it
seems to be connected, but I could also be totally wrong.
Hopefully, it is not a stupid mistake on my side.
Best wishes,
-Lucas
