Dear Dong,
SPM supports EGI data, but not all the formats in which it comes. What
I know is supported is a format called EGIS and simple binary format
for epoched data. Convert your data to one of these formats in EGI
software and see if it works. If not please send the error message to
the list, otherwise it'd be quite hard to help you.
There are two variants of 128 channel EGI electrode locations. SPM has
no way to know which one to use, so there is no default channel
location assignment for EGI. You should use the 'Prepare' function to
load channel locations from one of the files 'egi128_GSN.sfp' or
'egi128_GSN_HydroCel.sfp' in spm/EEGtemplates depending on your cap
type that you should find out.
For the rest please read the relevant chapters of SPM manual and post
any questions you have to the list.
Best,
Vladimir
