Hi,
I am currently working on data where due to an external intervention,
there is a localised T2* signal change which we believe is localised to
a certain region of the brain (rat brain in this instance). I can do
some simple statistics using SPM where I take a small ROI from the
region where we expect the change to occur and use SPM to determine
areas that are correlated to the signal change. This is a fairly crude
but effective way of determining the localisation of this signal change.
Our studies are at a fairly early stage, so we don't have an a priori
model for the signal changes yet. However, I am keen to analyse this
data such that I can measure to some extent the localisation of signal
changes, i.e. in some way compartmentalise the brain into regions where
the signal is behaving differently.
Does anyone know if this is possible with SPM?
Many thanks
