Those who have seen the programme will be smiling, Andrew: Eliot befriended
a family whose three young children would produce an annual magazine called
the Family, with adult contribution, and for domestic consumption only.
Eliot wrote a piece of light verse for it and the ten-year old eldest, as
editor, solemnly declared he had too many contributions already, and it had
to wait twelve months for the next issue!
