Just to let you know that from Monday 8th June ITN Source will no longer be
managing the British Pathe collection so it will no longer be part of their
website. This is now back in the hands of British Pathe Ltd albeit under new
management so rights clearance will now go directly through them

The site is still at http://www.britishpathe.com but you'll see a few
presentation changes especially on the detailed story view and the
introduction of workspaces which has made research much easier. Low
resolution downloads are still available but you now have to register. 

The links from Pathe stories in the British Universities Newsreel Database
at http://www.bufvc.ac.uk/newsreels to the Pathe website should be working,
with luck, next week.
