Salary: up to £24,000 pa, depending on experience

Fixed term, 2 year KTP appointment plus sponsored Masters

Location: London Bridge SE1 3ER

Key20 Media Ltd is a media and communications business. Our target
market is the UK and International corporate sector, predominantly for
films broadcast on the internet.

The KTP Associate will be provided with a rare opportunity to play an
instrumental role in the set up and development of a fully functioning
and resourced film production studio. He/She will be able to use their
creative flair to help mould the design and style of our films.
Importantly the associate will be working towards interacting with
clients on a commercial basis, developing an understanding of client
service requirements.

You should have a degree, BA or BSc Hons, minimum 2(i) in
Film/Television or Multimedia Technology related subject and possibly
be educated to Masters level in a relevant Media or Film discipline.
You will need to be a motivated self-starter with demonstrable
corporate film production experience including:
- Experience of using up to date video, film, and sound recording equipment.
- Experience of the Media/Broadcasting industry.
- Previous experience directing, producing, filming and editing
projects for commercial use.
- Experience of managing high definition content and workflows.
- Experience in using Finalcut Pro, After Effects, Flash and Adobe
Photoshop software.

You should also possess excellent organisation skills, as well as
strong time management and planning skills, combined with creative
flair and technological know how. You also need to be IT literate with
a high degree of personal and professional integrity. You need to be
pro-active, and able to work independently, as well as in a team.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence company
staff and clients are required. First-class communication skills, both
verbal and in writing are essential.

This is a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) appointment in which
the candidate will work full-time at the company, but will be employed
by London South Bank University.
