The School of Arts and Humanities wish to appoint a Lecturer/Senior
Lecturer in Media to support both the BA Media and the Joint Honours
programmes within the School. The successful candidate will contribute
to teaching on existing undergraduate modules in media, with a
specific focus on journalism studies, and also develop their own
specialist teaching in the field within the Communication, Culture and
Media Studies (CCM) team in the School.
The ability to contribute to other aspects of teaching across the CCM
curriculum would be an advantage. The successful candidate will also
be expected to make a substantial contribution to the CCM team's
research profile
The successful candidate is expected to be in post by 1 October 2009.
