For bulk account & password generation, we use UMRA from Tools4Ever
(http://www.tools4ever.com/products/user-management-resource-administrat
or/). Works a treat.

Subject: AD Tools
Hi everyone,
We are pretty new to AD (Moving from eDir) and was wondering what tools
people use for managing and manipulating their Directory?
In particular, how do people import student user accounts and passwords
at the beginning of the year?
All help gratefully received!
Best wishes,
Robin
