As you well know, John, this is MASSIVE. Can I suggest as a first shot that you/we distinguish between structure and (something like) structuring. The former being what all things arrive with (everything already has structure, history, etc.), the latter being what we add (e.g. the Dewey system) to make stuff manageable.
