Hi everybody,
I've got a complete VBM analysis and I've got some nice regions
showing differences.
I then clustered and ordered them using
cluster --in=comp_tstat4_corrected.nii.gz --thresh=0.05 -o
comp_tstat4_ordered
which yields a file containing several regions depending on the tstat.
What I'd like to do now is extract the GM volume per subject per roi.
I've been trying to use fslstats to do this but it seems not to do
exactly what I want.
fslstats comp_GM_mod_merg_s3.nii.gz -k comp_tstat3_ordered.nii.gz -v
seems to aggregate across all ROIs in the mask.
The previous messages to the list that i could find don't seem to
address the issue of multiple ROIs per mask.
Is there a way to get a table where the rows are subjects and the
columns are the GM volumes in each ROI in a mask?
Regards,
