Hi,
Thanks for the feedback on the course - I'm really glad you
enjoyed it.
We use dcm2nii (part of mricron) in our lab and it works well,
so try that first. If it doesn't do what you want then search
around as there are several other good alternatives around.
As for running FIRST with older brains, I should have something
preliminary put together soon and will contact you then to see
if it works for your data.
