I wrote a lengthy poem (well, verse) called "British gastrotoponymy",
which has not found publishers queueing at my door. (But then how would
they know about my secretive habits?)
I will send it privately to anyone who mistakenly thinks it might be
interesting, but I will not disfigure this List by attaching it.

Of course the Rolf Harris classic 'I've been everywhere' cannot be
