The 131500 Transinfo website covers all public transport, and the full journey planner has a check box to include Accessability in the search criteria:

There are issues with some long wheelbase powerchairs fitting in some accessible taxis (eg Quantum Q6000 due to the length of the footplates & Invacare Torque Sp long frame), let me know if you need more info on this.
