A little slow this morning, it would have helped if I'd included my
brief agenda for today in that message:
- check-in with Tom on our interoperability statement
- where to go with RDF, eg,
http://chas.lib.uchicago.edu:1969/kernelTurtle.html
- schedule next call

Hi folks,
If most of you can make it, can we have our next conference call June 4?
We had been talking about next week (May 28), but I could use some more
preparation time.
Bill, you mentioned some questions 4/30; if they're still an issue for
you, please send them along when you get a chance.
Tom, Would you mind weighing in on the correctness of the assertion, that
we discussed 4/30, in the current draft specification [1],
4.1. Kernel and Dublin Core Interoperability
Kernel metadata currently maintains a basic level of interoperability
with Dublin Core metadata. In formal terms, it conforms to "Level 1"
interoperability [DCMI‑IL] (Dublin Core Metadata Initiative,
“Interoperability Levels for Dublin Core Metadata,” November 2008.).
Higher levels of interoperability, such as the "Level 2" mapping of
Kernel metadata to RDF, are being sought and may be established in
subsequent specifications.
Assuming June 4 works, the time of the next call is
8am California
10am Texas and Illinois
11am Washington, DC
3pm UK
4pm Germany
1am Brisbane (Friday)
with the usual access code,
9879231
which you give after dialing one of these numbers:
Toll-Free US Dial: 866-740-1260
Toll-Free Australia Dial: 1800003814
Toll-Free Germany Dial: 08001830373
Toll-Free UK Dial: 08009170696
Thanks everyone,
-John
