Important: all bookings are subject to the following terms and
conditionsBookings are accepted on a first come, first served basis and
accommodation in some categories is limited. Once a booking has been
accepted we are unable to refund the fee if you wish to cancel but you may
send a substitute delegate in your place. Please note that full payment must
be received before 3 July.  If we have not received payment by this date you
will be asked to provide a Visa, MasterCard or Eurocard authorisation that
will be held until 23 July. If payment has not been received by 23 July, the
credit card authorisation will be processed.    The programme and speaker
details are published in good faith but the organisers reserve the right to
make any changes which may become necessary as a result of circumstances
beyond their control. Should the event be prevented for any reason from
taking place and be cancelled participants will receive a full refund of the
conference fee paid and, if it is abandoned for any reason after 3.30 pm on
23 July 2009, a pro rata refund will be made and in the event of either
cancellation or abandonment the organisers (Reasonin Practice Limited) shall
