I think it is the BBC. I am aware that moves were made a year or so after it closed to revive the title but the BBC refused to let it go.

Subject: [BBC-HISTORY] "The Listener" Copyright
Dear All,
Does anybody know who currently holds the copyright for "The Listener"? I
have an image from a 1940s issue that I want to reproduce alongside an
article, but have been unable to identify who holds the copyright. The BBC
Photo Library do not appear to hold the image any more. I have asked the BBC
magazines digital asset management person who has helped me out with
permissions for reproducing material from early copies of the "Radio Times",
but have not yet received a response.
Anybody?
Thanks in advance,
Derek Johnston
