I really really like your description of "homely, rather than cutting edge".
Since I do really like it I'm obviously biased, but would it not be a
good description for the way 90% of practices should be - would it
not be a good description for what 90% of patients want from General
Practice and General Practitioners?
Oh for some market research on that!
