Hi,
Actually quite a lot has changed, including new models, new format of
bvars files, significant changes to boundary correction, and significant
changes in the statistics for vertex analysis. Hence we believe that
it is much more sensitive and generally better. If you have a
completed analysis with the old method then that is still valid
(the new vertex analysis statistics will still declare the old regions
to
be significant, they will just also include more regions which
previously
would not have reached threshold).
You definitely cannot mix analyses with the old and new versions.
Hope that answers your question.
All the best,
Mark
