The continued development of the WebPA project is fairly high on the agenda of work that the community wishes to undertake (as can be seen in the past few days on this list).
The main issue is resource and in the HE community resource is generated by funding. Hence most peoples first point of call is funding.
The management group are meeting this morning to discuss a future user group event and the proposed ideas for funding (inc. Subject Centre Mini projects) and how the engagement of the Learning Technologist and Developers surrounding WebPA.
I don't think that any one in the community would not support any development, if someone chooses to donate their time.

Why think in terms of funding?
This is an open source project, think in terms of donated resources.
If someone has the time to donate to doing the necessary work then it
would be sensible for someone within the project to support that third
party with a little guidance as to how to achieve it.
