About the Seminar
Society in 2030 will be more populated and inter-connected. What will be air transport at that horizon? What challenges are perceived on the way? The seminar will provide a high level perspective based on recent studies at the European level.
About the Speaker
Nadine Pilon holds a PhD in Computer Sciences and has worked for 10 years in Systems Analysis. In 1994 she joined EUROCONTROL where she has been Manager of Safety Research, then deputy Manager for the Society-Environment-Economy Research Area, setting-up the Society research domain. She is now pursuing strategic studies addressing Air Transport Awareness in the CND/Strategy unit.
About the CTS Seminar Series
The CTS seminar series aims to facilitate discussion on current research topics in the transport field. Seminars are held jointly with our colleagues in the Centre for Transport Studies at University College. They are usually held on Wednesday afternoons at Imperial College London or University College London. Seminars are free of charge and open to all interested parties. Booking is not required.
