Hello fellow SPMers,
A few quick questions
* What do significance levels in red represent as opposed to those
shown in black?
*I am given two numerical terms next to connections denoting
connectivity strength and one is always on top of the other. I'm
thinking one of these must be the connection strength and the other the
confidence interval however in the papers I've read utilizing DCM the
confidence interval is within parentheses with the connection strength
next to it, so I just want to confirm what my depicted significance
levels are representing.
SPM provides an analysis of intrinsic connections between specified
regions in DCM along with the effects of each specified condition.
However I understand intrinsic connnections to be within regions
connections and extrinsic connections to be between regions connections
and under this intrinsic connections category I am given a significant
connection between two regions. Also I thought intrinsic connectivity
was innervated by an experimental input so what is innervating this
connection in the "intrinsic connectivity" category itself???
Any insight is greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.
