hello
i would appreciate any help someone could offer on the following analysis. i have 10 subject total. i have completed my first level analysis and have con.images for the following contrast: pre easy correct - control, post easy correct - control, pre hard correct - control, and post hard correct - control. i have also run the second level analysis (one sample t-test) on these same contrast entering the 10 first level con.images.
in between the pre and post scans, each participants was given 4 training sessions on both the easy task and the hard task. i have calculated the mean accuracy rates for time 1 and time 4 of these training sessions. i want to run an analysis which investigates whether or not there is a correlation between the mean accuracy for each individual and the bold response activation for the 4 contrasts of interest.
i have attempted to run this analysis by creating a new model in which i select the first level analysis and enter the con.images for the contrast of interest (ie: pre easy correct - control). so i would enter in 10 scans, then i select the regressors buttons and enter the corresponding mean accuracy rates with each individual for the values.
the results of this procedure yields an error in the analysis during the estimation set. any information or suggestions on how toconduct this analysis would be greatly appreciated. thank you in advance for your help
have a great day
