I agree with Mark. The correspondence appeared to me to be self-promotion
to the extreme. It is significant that no emails have been received from
Gerard since the first tentative email about the surfeit, so maybe it has
made him stop and think too. One a day may not sound alot but the
cumulative effect when one is dealing with hundreds of emails a day is huge
