According to ticket 48645 not all affected proxy mappings had been removed.
On your WMS the old mappings can be found like this:
cd /etc/grid-security/gridmapdir
ls | egrep ':(lhprd|lhsgm|lhpilot)(:|$)'

It means the status returned by waitpid() was not properly treated to get
