Thanks for that, my University library thankfully had a copy available
(I wish I'd seen it 2 weeks ago!)

A Geography PhD student showed me how to use the GRASS plugin for QGIS
to convert the Mastermap data (which is sent in GML format). However,
I can't see any reference to TOIDs (object IDs in the dataset) which I
will need in order to tie buildings to their heights (I have been sent
a preview of the Landmap Building Heights dataset)
The GML data was converted using GRASS' v.ogr.in function.
Any ideas?
