Dear FSL'ers
I was looking at the Possum interface, to seee if it is possible to
simulate EPI data with large, continuous subject movement.
What I am trying to get is a file where the slices are sampled
individually at the slice acquisition times. Does Possum do this?
Example, for a volume of 10 slices with a TR of 2s (slices sampled at
times 0.2s apart) and motion parameters defined at the slice times,
would I get a data set consisting of slices that all have slightly
different movement, or would all the slices of a volume (after
interpolation of the motion parameters) have the same transformation?
If it is the second, is it possible (perhaps with the use of the
command-line tools) to get the first result?
Many thanks
Alle Meije Wink
