Hi,
There is no problem running invwarp on a warpfield
created with any method, including convertwarp.
You must make sure that you use the correct
input and reference images when running invwarp
as that is something which would be easy to get wrong.
If you can't figure out what is going wrong, send us the
command lines you are running for invwarp and
convertwarp (and any others).
