Subject: [FSL] eddy_correct changes the dimension of my volumes
I ran ran eddy_correct on my 4D DTI volume and it output a 3D volume.
Furthermore, the datatype changed from 16-bit integer (INT16 in the header)
to 32-bit floating point (FLOAT32 in the header). Any idea why this
happened? Obviously I can't run dtifit on a 3D volume so I have to figure
out why its collapsing the data like this...
