Hi,
You can do this with the ApplyXFM gui - which gives you
explicit control over voxel size and number of voxels, or
you can do it with:
flirt -in myimage -ref myimage -applyisoxfm 1 -out myimage_1mm
which will set the voxel size to 1mm and calculate the
closest match to the same field of view (in mm).
