After speaking to my research partners who are more familiar with Nudge's utility, they
were concerned that Nudge does not provide a matrix file detailing the changes it makes.
They could figure out how to incorporate it into our larger processing, because it essentially
makes a one-way (no inverse) change to the image. We need to be able to bring it back to
original after "Nudging."
For instance, in SPM there is a similar tool (called resize_img_new) that does provide the
inverse file. This is necessary for Nudge to be applicable...
