Hi,
You cannot have an Analyze format image with 16 bit unsigned data.
The only integer options in the Analyze format are unsigned 8-bit,
signed 16-bit and signed 32-bit. With FSL we still restrict our outputs
to these formats, but since you want an Analyze image then it is just
not possible with any software.
Are you sure that your images are unsigned 16-bit? If all of your
values are between 0 and 32767 then it doesn't matter if it is
signed or unsigned as they will represent the same thing. Check this
first, and if it is the case then just stick with the 16-bit signed
format.
If not, then you'll need to convert to a 32-bit format to store it
correctly in an Analyze file.
All the best,
Mark
