Hi,
I do not know this function, but FSL comes with read_avw and save_avw
commands
for MATLAB in the $FSLDIR/etc/matlab directory. You just need to add
this directory
to your matlab path and then you can use them. When you load the data
in with them
they create 3D or 4D arrays where the voxel indexing is almost the
same as FSLView
with the exception that you need to add 1 to all FSLView voxel
coordinates
(since in FSLView and nifti they start at 0, but in MATLAB they must
start at 1).
Hope this helps.
All the best,
Mark
