Hi,
The syntax for -roi in fslmaths also requires a tmin and tsize
parameter. If you only have a 3D image then tmin=0, tsize=1
so that your command should be:
fslmaths FA_peds.nii.gz -roi 0 91 0 217 0 181 0 1 test.nii.gz
