Hello,
I have been conducting some ROI analyses on gfeats using FeatQuery. I have
been using anatomical ROIs from the Havard-Oxford Atlas - However I have
noticed that the FeatQuery report states that: (anatomical) 'Mask Left
Amygdala is in space of example_func.
Image of mask in native space'. I think that the mask should be in 'space in
standard' instead?
Can anybody help explain why it is in space of example_func - what this
means and whether this means I have done something wrong?
Should this image of the mask be slightly different for each participant -
or is this only the case when the mask is in space in of example_func?
Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks,
Jess
