All,
Apologies for that. I obviously didn't mean to circulate it round the list. Just goes to show that even we who work in IT are prone to end of the week mistakes.
cheers

Emma,
As an archeaologist currently working in computers i might be interested in joining both IFA and the special interest group. Waht's the best way to go about it? Could you past my best wishes on to both Martin Newman and Edmund Lee.

Dear all
As you may know, a special interest group of the Institute For Archaeologists (IFA) has recently been set up - the Information Management Special Interest Group. Many members of FISH are also members of this Group. I'd like to let everyone know that the AGM of the Information Management Group is to be held on Tuesday 7th April 2009, from 12.30-2pm, at the IFA Conference in Torquay (http://www.archaeologists.net/modules/icontent/index.php?page=18) The AGM will take place before the afternoon conference session organised by the Group, which is entitled Out Of The Ether: Information Management For Archaeologists.
The finalised agenda for the meeting will be circulated shortly. If you have any items which you feel we should address in this meeting, please let me know. It is intended that, in addition to the election of officers and the receiving of reports, we will have a discussion on setting goals for the Group, and the direction in which it should go.
If you have not already joined the Group and would like to do so, please contact me for details.
I hope to see you in Torquay on the 7th April
Best wishes
Emma
