An idea which may or may not work.
An access gate paddock has a parallel set of narrow ruts at path level that
is as wide as a mobility scooter's wheels' track or a wheelchair's wheels.
In between the ruts will be rounded tip (prevent injury) fingers far apart
enough to to nest the motorbike's wheels. This will prevent riding a
motorbike through it. The "fingers" will also make it troublesome to push
a motorbike through.
To open the paddock gate it will be necessary to manually unlatch the
gate. A latch is connected by a cable to a shoulder height pull handle
for a scooter/wheelchair seated person. The pull handle davit should be
visually prominent and strong enough to rubbish any temptation for a
motorcyclist to ride his bike at speed to get through the paddock.
The above is a thought experiment. Any handyman can make a wooden mock-up
to test its feasibility.
