Dear Experts,
please find attached a picture showing the result of a two sample t-test
comparing gray matter volume (VBM5 with SPM5, m0wc1*) in two groups of
patients.
What do I have to make out of the fact that there are clusters outside the
Glasbrain? Might this be due to a normalization process that went wrong?
Should I use another processing procedure, e.g. New Segment and DARTEL?
Would I then still be able to compare absolute volume (m0*)?
In total, I have three groups and the results for all other possible
two-sample t-tests between those groups look fine. But: Can I still trust
them, now that I find those clusters outside the brain in one test?
Thanks for any help in advance!
All the best,
-Lucas
