Hi
Featquery will allow you to specify coordinates either in MNI space or
in native space - it uses the mask image only to decide which space
you are referring to. Therefore you can use any image in MNI space as
the mask there, featquery only uses the number of voxels and the voxel
size info to determine that this is MNI152 and then use your
coordinates...
