Dear Kenji
If a generic questionnaire was created we might be able to make it freely
available as a survey template to BOS users (www.survey.bris.ac.uk).
There's over 130 UK HEI's using BOS so it would get wide coverage. BOS
export facility might support import to Moodle or other VLE.
